Presented by Doreen Spires. This is a hands on class! She will teach you all about canning your cucmbers that you worked so hard to grow and make them into delicious dill pickles. Doreen will cover how to get started, the difference between the different canning methods, materials needed, altitude adjustments, head space, temperatures and shelf stability. We also have canning jars available for purchase.
