Welcome to the Power of You event!
The Power of YOU is a dynamic workshop that combines behavioral insight with personal style exploration to help individuals show up with clarity, confidence, and presence—in both communication and appearance.
Using the DiSC® assessment as a foundation, participants will discover their behavioral style and how it impacts the way they lead, interact, and influence. They’ll also explore their personal style—how they dress, carry themselves, and present their energy—and how to align their outward expression with their inner confidence.
Facilitated by a leadership development expert and an image confidence coach, this experience blends coaching, style strategy, and self-awareness to create lasting shifts in how participants see themselves—and how others experience them.
Participants will:
- Complete and receive a personalized DiSC® profile
- Gain insight into their behavioral style and communication tendencies
- Explore how personal style influences visibility, credibility, and confidence
- Learn strategies for aligning internal strengths with external expression
- Build an action plan to lead and live with more authenticity and presence
