About this Event
Join us for a pickleball-focused mobility clinic built to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
I’m Brian Murray, the founder of Motive Training here in South Austin, and I’ll be leading the session. I’ve spent the last 17 years coaching people through pain, mobility limitations, and performance goals, and much of my work focuses on helping people understand their joints so they can move with more confidence and less discomfort.
This clinic is part of the mobility and joint health work we do every day at Motive Training ATX. We’ll break down the key joints and positions you rely on most in pickleball—ankles, hips, shoulders, and the spine—and show you how to train them with intention using KINSTRETCH principles.
The goal is simple: help you create more control, reduce nagging aches, and build movement capacity that carries directly onto the court.
This class is for every level. If you’re dealing with stiffness or pain, want to move better on the court, or want to feel more confident in your body, you’ll get a lot out of this session. Expect a focused, hands-on experience that helps you build real strength and control at each joint so you can play longer, react faster, and recover more easily.
Bring a yoga mat, some water, and be ready to move. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately—on and off the court.
