Ready to join one of the fastest-growing sports in the country? Whether you've never held a paddle or are looking for a refresher on the fundamentals, this program will give you the skills and confidence to enjoy the game.Over the course of eight sessions, participants will:
🔹Learn the rules, scoring, and court layout.
🔹Practice basic techniques, including serving, returning, and dinking.
🔹Develop footwork and positioning for both singles and doubles play.
🔹Play fun, guided games to apply new skills in a supportive environment.
🔹All equipment is provided - just bring comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and your enthusiasm for learning something new!
