This workshop is designed for intermediate dancers and above who want to expand their creativity, musicality, and partner connection. Across the session, we’ll dip into four delicious “flavours” of dance magic across the Pick N Mix:
🌀 Power Moves – Add some drama! Learn exciting, dynamic moves that pop on the freestyle floor and leave a lasting impression
🛑 Blocks and Stops – Learn the control and precision needed with techniques to pause the dance, change direction, and create beautiful visual changes.
🎭 Playful Opportunities – Dive into musicality and partner fun! Learn how to explore the music, react in the moment, and co-create playful interactions that feel fresh and connected.
💃🕺 Follow-to-Lead Communication – Empower follows to express themselves mid-move and give leads the tools to hear, adapt, and respond. This section is all about dialogue in dance – creating space for improvisation, freedom, and next-level connection.
