Kirtan is a heart-opening practice of call-and-response chanting,
blending music, mantra, and meditation to calm the mind and uplift the spirit.
Join Theresa, Liliia and Pernilla as they share the bliss of bhakti this evening!
This beautiful venue has yoga mats and bolsters and we'll be sitting on the floor. Feel free to bring a chair if you prefer.
All are welcome, no experience needed!
