Pilates + Play Social is a pre and post-natal Mat Pilates class & Social Session for pregnant and postpartum mums to meet and ease themselves back into exercise with a supervised soft play area for 0-5 year olds. Please bring your own mat. This is a beginner friendly class.
15 minute introduction
45 minute class
30 minute nibbles & social
If you need to stop participating to feed or settle your little one, please do so. This a no pressure or judgement zone ❌

What do I need:
Please bring your own mat, and a blanket or bouncer for non-crawlers.
Spaces are limited to 15 to ensure a safe and relaxing session for all. Free Parking and baby changing facilities available. Please be aware your child will still be in your view and is still your responsibility.
Please ensure you have received clearance to excercise from a GP or midwife at prior to attending.
