Internationally acclaimed pianist Chiara D’Odorico invites you to embark on a captivating musical journey in her recital “CONTRASTS – European & South American Sounds.”
This program explores a fascinating dialogue between contrasting yet deeply interconnected musical worlds, featuring works by European and South American composers — with a special focus on Paraguayan music — spanning from the 18th to the 21st century. Several of these pieces will receive their European premieres during this concert.
The repertoire highlights the dynamic interplay between solo piano and four-hand works, revealing expressive contrasts and unexpected harmonies that transcend time and geography.
