Come join our Physical Theatre Monthly Workshops and dive into the world of movement and storytelling! These fun, in-person sessions are perfect for anyone looking to explore creativity, improve body awareness, and connect with others through physical expression. March Session: The Voice Unlock the full potential of your vocal instrument by mastering the mechanics of resonance, projection, and articulation. You will learn to harness the power of your breath to command the stage and bring your unique sonic texture to every performance.
April Session: The Body Push the boundary between physical limitation and creative potential as we explore how the body can paint vivid pictures and tell stories. Through ensemble movement and spatial awareness, you will learn to use the human form as a primary tool for non-verbal communication.
May Session: The Heart Dive into the world of emotion and learn how to channel deep, authentic feelings into your work without losing your center. This session focuses on the delicate balance of conveying vulnerability while remaining physically grounded and emotionally safe.
June Session: The Mind Bridge the gap between movement and meaning by using the power of the imagination to build rich, complex character backstories. You will learn to use psychological tools to anchor your physical choices, turning creative impulses into compelling and coherent narratives.
