Join us on your lunch break to have fun, learn, and get moving! We will be doing a low impact cardio drumming workout that is suitable for all ages. This exercise may be done sitting or standing. There will also be food tastings of a recipe sample and educational information on health and wellness. We will meet in the auditorium at the Ouachita Parish LSU AgCenter Extension office at 704 Cypress Street in West Monroe from 12:15 to 12:45 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025.
