About this Event
We are calling for WOMEN over 45 years old to listen to their experiences with achy and sore joints. Join us for a FREE session on research into the role of physical activity to help manage symptoms of joint conditions. Receive a thank-you GIFT pack and have the chance to take part in some joint-friendly light exercise activities.
