Join us for the ultimate Throwback Thursday event! On Thursday, June 11 from 4pm - 6pm, we will be collecting Pittsburg photos and memorabilia at the Axe Library on the campus of Pittsburg State University. Dust off your photo books and dig up those albums from back in the day, and we'll help you scan them! The generous team at the Axe Library's Special Collections division will assist you with scanning your images so they can be archived and saved for generations to come. We will also be collecting Pittsburg memorabilia - merchandise, signs, books, apparel, etc. to put into our Historical Exhibit scheduled for July - Sept at Miners Hall Museum. You can donate the items or lend them to the museum for a short time to be shared with the community.
