*Entry Deadline is the Friday 10 pm PST before the Qualifier.
*All Qualifiers start at 3:30 pm PST/6:30 pm EST
*Tournament is playable only on VSS and VSPS machines only. VSX machines excluded.
*Individual Player's ratings - Decimals are dropped when figuring rating before figuring the team cap. Example individual rating is13.45 will be a 13, 15.98 is a 15.

* All players must have at least 25 games of 01 on their account to generate their General Rating/PPD.
* Board reboots are suggested before the tournament starts. If you encounter board errors/sign in issues, a reboot or backing out of the tournament and back in will fix most issues.
* During the tournament, if your team has an opponent to play, log in and play the match regardless of what the start time states. Matches are able to play early to help the tournament progress in a timely manner.
* During the match, games will start right after the previous game is completed. Keep breaks between matches to a minimum to avoid getting forfeited.

Hit "Competitions", then search bar drop down to "Tournament".
*Teams/players that qualify for the Trios Championship are excluded/not allowed to play in the remaining qualifiers.
*PDUSA reserves the right to review all the teams that advance from the qualifiers to confirm that they remain valid for the Championship in regard to the team cap. If a team exceeds the cap, PDUSA may require the team to replace a member to fit under the cap. Teams that don't register for the Championship event may be filled with provisional teams and will be selected based on their past qualifiers.
* Board malfunctions, not communicating with Phoenix server, power outages at the shop locations are not the responsibility of Phoenixdarts. If teams get forfeited for these types of issues, please consult the shop/board owner for moneys lost. No refunds will be given after the event starts.
*If a team is caught cheating or acting dishonestly in any way to gain a competitive advantage, the team will be removed from the event with no refunds given. Further sanctions may apply based on the severity of the offense(s).

**For championship Trios vouchers at the Phoenix Cup Event, players must still complete the 265 league sets requires for qualification to compete in the Phoenix Cup 701 Trios Event. The top 2 winning teams in the Trios701 Championship do not have to play together at the Cup, vouchers are for individual entry.
All legs played in PDOLT Tournaments will count towards the Phoenix Cup qualification.
PDUSA reserves the right to review all the teams that advance from the qualifiers to confirm that they remain valid for the Championship in relation to the team cap. If a team rolls over the cap, PDUSA may require the team to replace a member to fit under the cap.
Teams that donโt register for the championship event may be filled with provisional teams and will be determine from the team poll of past qualifiers played in.
