Announcing “Phoenix Rising: A Concert Benefit for LA”
Los Angeles, CA – Local musicians are joining forces to present Phoenix Rising: A Concert Benefit for LA, a night of music and solidarity to support communities affected by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. The benefit concert will take place on Friday, January 31, at Club La Boom, featuring performances from some of LA’s local bands.
This special evening highlights artists from the goth, dark wave, post-punk, and rock en español scenes, uniting their talents for a meaningful cause. The full lineup and ticket information will be announced in the coming days, so stay tuned for updates!
All door proceeds from Phoenix Rising will be donated to two exceptional organizations:
•Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation: Supporting firefighters who protect our city.
•MusiCares: Providing essential aid to musicians displaced by the wildfires.
The LA wildfires, which began on January 6 in Pacific Palisades, spread rapidly across Los Angeles, impacting neighborhoods such as Altadena, Sylmar, Granada Hills, Studio City, and Runyon Canyon. The aftermath has left communities in need of resources to rebuild, while the risk of future fires remains.
Phoenix Rising: A Concert Benefit for LA is a grassroots effort spearheaded by local artists and promoters: Henrik Strater from S R Entertainment, The XRAY5, M81 Presents, Club La Boom (Los Angeles), all committed to giving back to the community and supporting those on the frontlines.

About the Beneficiaries:
The Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation supports the city’s firefighters by providing tools, resources, and training to enhance their safety and effectiveness.
