Starting 27th May, Mondays at 6:40pm for 8 weeks, incorporating yoga, Pilates, ground-based movement, core strength, foam rolling, recovery, massage and breathing meditation.
Who should do this class?
You sit at a desk job all day
You train hard and lift heavy and don't make the time to stretch
You work a heavy labour job and want to loosen up some tightness
You have aches and niggles that might benefit from some of these techniques
You'd love to do a relaxing session after a busy day at work
You want to do some work on your mobility
You actually just want to hang out with me and hear my jokes
