About this Event
Young, celebrated poet and author, has penned numerous acclaimed works, including Stones (2021), a finalist for the T.S. Eliot Prize; Brown (2018); Blue Laws: Selected & Uncollected Poems 1995–2015; and Book of Hours (2014), winner of the Lenore Marshall Poetry Prize. Kevin also serves as the poetry editor of The New Yorker. We are incredibly proud to welcome Kevin back to Emory, where he previously served as the Atticus Haygood Professor of English and Creative Writing and curator of the Raymond Danowski Poetry Library in the Woodruff Rose Library. His contributions to Emory and the literary world continue to inspire us.
