Join us for a site visit to a near completed house that has been energy modelled, exceeding the PHI Low Energy Home Standard, but is not being certified at this stage.

The general theme is efficiency.

It's achieved a huge bang-for-buck by the use of space with attic trusses to create a large four-bedroom home with flexible options for now and the future. The addition of room within the attic adds significant floor area, not only for the clients use but critically for the passive house numbers and the overall cost efficiencies.

Designed by Meta Architects and built by Simon Construction using Atamai Structures cassettes, this Cashmere Property is a multi-generational home with spaces designed to flex with the family’s future needs.
