Philippine Fiesta – Save the Date!United Asian Voices and the WOHS Asian Culture Club invite you to join us for a vibrant celebration of Philippine culture, traditions, food, and community.
📅 **Sunday, June 14, 2026**
📍 West Orange High School Tarnoff Cafeteria
This family-friendly event is open to all ages and will feature a variety of fun and engaging activities.
This year’s theme is **Bayanihan** — a Filipino value centered on communal unity, cooperation, and helping others without expecting anything in return. The word comes from “bayan,” meaning community, and “bayani,” meaning hero. Bayanihan reminds us that small acts of kindness can bring people together and strengthen a community.
This is not just a party—it is a celebration of culture, connection, and community, and everyone is invited to join the fun.
We are currently looking for:
* Performers
* Food vendors and local businesses
* Volunteers
* Cultural enthusiasts
We especially want to hear from singers, dancers, and performers with a passion for Filipino culture. Whether it is traditional folk dance, modern OPM, or something completely unique, we would love to feature local talent.
It takes a village to throw a fiesta, and we would love for you to be part of it.
Come experience the beauty and richness of Philippine culture with us. Bring your friends and family—we look forward to celebrating together!
