SJYS is now officially one week away from the Finale concert of our 74th season! Join us on June 6, 2026 2:00 PM at the historic California Theatre to hear the Philharmonic Orchestra, the premier orchestra of SJYS made up of only the most advanced student musicians, perform masterpieces by Chadwick, Mollicone, Rossini, and Respighi! Featuring a winner of our 2025 Young Artist Competition*, Saarthak Shankavaram, the orchestra will play the rarely performed violin concerto by local composer Henry Mollicone in the composer’s memory.
