Philharmonic Ensemble Orchestra The 79th Concert [ 50th Anniversary ]

Philharmonic Ensemble Orchestra (PEO) will present its 79th Concert, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the orchestra, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Concert Hall.

This special anniversary performance will feature Fumiaki Miura, the internationally acclaimed violinist who became the youngest-ever winner of the Hannover International Violin Competition at the age of 16, as the soloist.

The concert will be conducted by Naoto Otomo, one of Japan’s leading conductors, who has previously played an important role in shaping PEO’s musical artistry.
