Thanks to the Pen and Pencil Club for its hospitality--and for taking in this age-old gathering which began at Chris's Jazz Cafe the year Herb Lipson decided he could no longer afford to invite the magazine's beloved freelancers to the annual Phillymag holiday party, then moved with Christ to Bliss, and is now happily here.
Your hosts (although, honestly, "hosting" this party involves nothing more than picking a date, contacting P&P, posting on Facebook and reminding you it's a cash bar) are Stephen Fried and Diane Ayres.
