About this Event
PHECC First Aid Response (FAR) – Blended Learning
The PHECC First Aid Response (FAR) Blended Learning programme combines online eLearning with a practical in-class skills session. This flexible format allows participants to complete theory components at their own pace before attending a hands-on practical assessment day.
The course equips learners with the knowledge, skills and competence required to respond confidently and effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace and community setting, in line with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) standards.
Please note that this course includes practical skills assessment, including CPR and other floor-based exercises.
If you have any injury, medical condition, or concerns that may affect your ability to take part, please let us know in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate learners where possible.
However, in line with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) guidelines, participants must be able to safely and effectively complete the required practical assessments.
