Class Schedule:
💜 Monday (6 PM) : BOOTCAMP
Get ready to sweat and laugh with our low-impact bootcamp class.
We'll mix and match cardio and strength/toning circuit exercises to keep you on your toes and burning calories in no time!
💜 Tuesday (5:45 PM): BOXERCISE
Boxing isn't just for the pros! Our boxercise class is a fun, low-impact workout that will get you punching, kicking, and sweating in no time.
💜 Wednesday: (6 PM): BOOTCAMP
Get ready to sweat and laugh with our low-impact bootcamp class.
We'll mix and match cardio and strength/toning circuit exercises to keep you on your toes and burning calories in no time!
💜 Thursday (6 PM): COUNTRY CARDIO
Dust off your gym shoes and get ready to kick up your heels!
Our Country Cardio Line Dancing class is the perfect way to get your heart rate up and your feet moving to the beat.
