PG-Thirteen, for those routines that are a bit more sexi. Warning label needed. A routine the “bad influence” in the neighborhood would do. Let’s all pierce our belly buttons in the basement after class.

PG-Thirteen classes are designed for adults 21 years of age and older. All ticket-holders must be at least 21 years old.
