Our Pflag York Region Socials are a great space to meet other parents, families, allies, and community members as you take part in activities which vary month to month. Past activities have included a board games night, trivia night, art and crafts, and even film screenings. Light snacks and beverages always available and access to activities are full funded by Pflag York Region.
Pflag is a #FamilyForAll.
With Pride Month just a few days away, we're hosting a little sign-making party! Whether you'll be marching with pflag, watching everyone from the sidelines, or celebrating at home, this is a great event to make your pride sign!
All supplies provided.
Please email [email protected] if you require any accommodations at least 10 days from the day of the event so we can follow-up and meet your needs as best as possible.
Communicable Disease Policy for in-person events:
We will follow all recommended Public Health orders in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We will not require the disclosure of your vaccination status. We will recommend you wear a face mask and will have masks available.
If you are experiencing cold, flu-like, or COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you join us on another date.
Provincial guidance recommends that you isolate until symptoms improve over a 24 hour period and to mask in public settings. We ask that you consider the experience and health of our community and join us once you are symptom-free to reduce the spread of cold, flu, and COVID-19 infections.
