PFCAT Creator Expo
Whether you're building your first project or your next one, PFCAT’s Creator Expo brings together the organizations shaping film, animation and creativity in and around Portland.
Meet collaborators, discover resources, and get a clearer sense of where your work fits. This is a chance to see who’s working, what’s possible, and where you can plug in, whether you're just starting out or already in the field.
The Creator Expo is part of the Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation & Technology (PFCAT), running August 18–23 at OMSI and Tomorrow Theater. The festival is will be screening over 150 films and animations from around the globe, and will also include panel discussions, networking events and parties, and an award ceremony.
This event is now free to the public with advance registration, thanks to a grant from the Multnomah County Cultural Coalition.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you register for the PFCAT Creator Expo, you will be emailed a QR code for entry from OMSI's ticketing. Please register with an email address that can receive these tickets.

Creator Expo Event Schedule
- 11:00 AM – Doors Open
- 11:10 AM – Opening Announcements
- 1:45 PM – Closing Announcements + Raffle
Come and go as you like. You can stay for 20 minutes or the full afternoon.

All ages welcome. Guests under 13 must attend with a parent or guardian.
