Agility Workshops with Peyton Green
Peyton is a UKI Judge and is working towards completing her AKC judging requirements! She is a very experienced handler as well trialing all over the US and internationally! Sessions will be limited to 6 dogs and cost $155 for working spots and $60 for auditors (without a dog).
Friday June 5th
9AM-12:30PM: International Coursework - In this 3.5-hour seminar we'll be working on international coursework! We’ll test and grow our international skills and discuss some of the common challenges currently being seen in ISC and UKI. This’ll be a great opportunity to run a fast and challenging international course. This seminar is open to dogs sequencing master type courses and will only include jumps, tunnels and weaves.

1:30-5PM: Commitment - In this 3.5-hour seminar we’ll be working on obstacle commitment! Learn how to build and proof commitment so you can get down the line! We'll work through drills to teach commitment and to help our dogs understand how to switch between handler and obstacle focus. We’ll also discuss important handling mechanics that will help your dog commit. This seminar is open to young dogs or more advanced dogs and will be tailored to the skill level of each dog. Young dogs should at least have exposure to shaping a few foundational skills like cone wraps or jumps.

Saturday June 6th
9AM-12:30PM: Blind Crosses - In this 3.5-hour seminar we'll be working on perfecting those blind crosses! This workshop will be focused on handlers improving their execution of the blind cross so their dog will be more likely to stay on course and keep up bars. This workshop is open to intermediate and advanced teams with experience sequencing and will only include jumps and tunnels.

1:30-5PM: Puppy Foundation - This 3.5-hour seminar we’ll be working on puppy foundations! This seminar will be focused on foundations AWAY from obstacles that will help your team be successful in agility. These skills include things like stimulus control, reinforcement strategies, focus, and shadow handling. This seminar is open to any dogs or puppies that will eat food in public and aren’t aggressive towards humans or dogs.

Sunday June 7th
9AM-12:30PM: Rear Crosses - In this 3.5-hour seminar we'll be working on perfecting those rear crosses! 1:30-5PM: Verbals - In this 3.5-hour seminar we’ll be working on those listening skills! Learn how to use generalization and patterning to train your dog to respond instantly and confidently to their verbal cues as well as to discriminate between them, all without creating frustration. This seminar is open to young dogs or more advanced dogs and will be tailored to the skill level of each dog. Young dogs should at least have exposure to shaping a few foundational skills like cone wraps or jumps.
