Create any animal in pastel – soft or scaly! In this course, students will create a pastel picture based on their personal reference photo to commemorate and celebrate their best friends. With a focus on mark making and color theory, students will learn how to capture the essence of pets with soft pastel. Any close-up images of pets are welcome but would need to fit well in a square composition. All art supplies are provided, but students need to bring their own reference photo.Date: April 18
