Peterborough Pet Gala

Calling all pet owners!

Enter your pet into the Peterborough Pet Gala happening at Depot Park on August 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM! 🐾

PAW-GEANT: Time get creative, put on a costume (optional), and get ready to show off your pet on the red carpet! Judges will score all contestants to select the 2025 Peterborough Pet of the Year. The champion Pet of the Year will recieve a prize basket of local goodies and bragging rights. Pets must be a resident of Peterborough to be eligible but all are welcome to participate! Judges will also award Best Costume and Runner-up for Pet of the Year.

PARKING: free public parking is available at the Riverwalk Parking Lot. Depot Park is located across a footbridge from this parking area. Additional free public parking: municipal parking lot on Depot Street and at 20 Summer Street (Peterborough Fire & Rescue Station) offers an additional muncipal parking area.

IMPORTANT: Please only bring friendly, well-behaved pets. All pets should be leashed or contained in a carrier for this event.
