This welcoming and accessible class is designed to support all bodies, including people with disabilities. This gentle practice invites the entire community to move, breathe, and connect in a supportive and inclusive space. The class will include both chair and mat-based options to meet individual needs.
*A support staff or family member should accompany any individual with a disability who is in need of direct support, but they do not need to preregister for this class.
