Together we journey through the beautiful ritual of a cacao ceremony to connect to our heart wisdom. We will set intentions, foster gratitude, and experience cacao before dropping into the deeply restful heart-opening yin postures with plenty of space to listen in to the wisdom of our own hearts. Cacao is an empathogen, meaning that it makes heart connections more readily available.Bookings essential.

Location: Held at the beautiful inner-city sanctuary, Alceme. 6 Victoria St, Hobart.
Time: 6:30-7:30pm. Doors will open 10 minutes before we begin together.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony:
- Open Sacred Space and Smudging
- Intention setting & oracle cards
- Sit and drink cacao
- Meditation, Yin yoga

PLEASE READ:
Important to know is that 100%, Cacao has Theobromine - an active component which has a contraindication with antidepressants, it also opens up the blood vessels, lowers blood pressure and raises the heart rate. If you have a heart condition, take antidepressant or if you are pregnant, please let us know prior so we can adjust your cacao dose.
Please try to AVOID: heavy foods, coffee, sweets, dairy, meats at least 2-3 hours before the Ceremony.
