Petals & Pulp - Botanical Papermaking Pop-upSaturday, March 22 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Join local artist Payton Hurley as she leads guests through the ancient art of papermaking using the traditional western approach. Transform recycled materials into a work of art as you embellish your handmade paper with flower petals. Discover the therapeutic nature of this traditional craft as you relax and connect with the moment.
(Note: Handmade paper takes a week to dry and finish. You will receive information on when your paper will be ready for pick up during the experience).
This walk-up activity is open to all ages and experience levels. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Sunken Gardens admission or membership required. Donation of your choice requested for participation. Held outside in our shaded amphitheater.
