About this Event
Join us for PETALS & POWER | A Mother’s Day Edit — a beautifully curated women’s-only experience designed to celebrate strength, connection, and creativity.
We’ll begin by building strength and confidence with an energizing boxing session, flow into a grounding Pilates class to lengthen and restore, and finish with a hands-on floral bouquet workshop where you’ll create your own arrangement to take home.

• A 40-minute high-energy boxing class to build strength, confidence, and power
• A 40-minute Pilates class to sculpt, lengthen, and reconnect with your body
• A guided DIY floral bouquet workshop to create your own beautiful arrangement
• All materials and equipment provided (including gloves, wraps, mats)
• A thoughtfully curated, community-focused experience to celebrate movement, creativity, and connection
