Help us celebrate the start of the Virginia Women in Wine Trail with a relaxing morning of yoga, floral arranging, and wine! Awaken your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body and your community in this soul-nourishing event.
✨ Start the morning with a beginner-friendly yoga practice led by local pro Rhonda Wilson in our Sunset Pavilion — focusing on breath, body awareness, and gentle movement to release tension, build strength, and invite deep rest.
🧘♀️ Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, arrive by 9:15 AM, and layer up for comfort. Warm socks, a blanket, and water are also recommended!
💐 After yoga, dive into a hands-on floral arranging workshop with Angela Rabena of Blooms2u in our 2nd Floor Harvest Room. You’ll create a sweet seasonal bouquet using fresh flowers in a reusable mason jar — no experience needed & all supplies included!
🍷 Finally, relax and unwind at Cana Vineyards with your favorite glass of wine — red, white, or rosé. Your first glass is included in your ticket.
