About this Event
Based on evidence-based practices of therapeutic horticulture (TH), each session features plant-based activities that help spark memories, encourage conversation, and promote a sense of calm and accomplishment.
Assisted by Master Gardener volunteers, plant-based sessions are a natural and accessible way to support emotional, physical, and social wellness for people of all abilities. No gardening experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore.
This is an INDOOR, wheelchair and walker accessible event.
Includes four weekly sessions, each with its own engaging plant-inspired activity.
