15 Minute Pet Portraits @ Ed Video
Come join us at Ed Video Media Arts Centre on November 30th, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4pm get your pet's portrait taken in just 15 minutes. Book your time slot soon!
Please arrive at a minimum 5 minutes early.
We are offering an incredible opportunity to have your photo taken by talented local photographer Devi Thompson, and receive three digital images shortly after the shoot. Do you need your pet's headshot for their social or business profiles? Want to give grandma a nice framed photo, of her grand furred, feathered or scalled baby, as a gift? Need a great holiday themed photo for this year's greeting cards? Or just want a nice portrait of your pet(s) to capture this moment in time? This is your opportunity to get it done quickly, easily, and in a fun, casual environment.
As an added bonus, by booking a 15 minute session you'll be supporting Ed Video Media Arts Centre - Guelph's only artist run centre supporting local media artists and filmmakers. Your support helps us execute our charitable mission of providing affordable and accessible resources and opportunities to artists and creatives in our community.
Pet's must arrive on leash or on a carrier.

About the Photographer:
Devi Thompson is located in the Tri-City area of Waterloo, ON but grew up just a hop, skip and a jump away in Guelph, ON. Devi has been a creative photographer for just over 10 years! <3
Devi has always loved capturing the beauty around her -
from landscapes, to people, animals, and really anything in between, and is
always up for a new challenge. She is all about building one’s own fun and
finding the magic in the little things.

? Pet Photography Disclaimer and Owner Responsibility Agreement
By participating in a pet photography session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. The safety and control of all animals remain the sole responsibility of the owner or handler at all times. Owners must ensure that pets are properly leashed, crated, or otherwise contained during the session, except when directed otherwise for specific photographs. The photographer and any assistants are not responsible for pets that escape, cause injury, or damage property during the session.
Owners are asked to inform the photographer in advance of any special needs, anxieties, or behavioural issues such as fear of flashes, aggression, or nervousness. Please let us know how best to approach and interact with your pet to ensure a positive and stress-free experience. If at any time the photographer determines that a pet’s behaviour poses a risk to people, other animals, or property, the session may be paused or discontinued.
The photographer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the pet before, during, or after the session. The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer, assistants, and property owners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the session.
Please ensure that your pet is clean and healthy on the day of the session. For the safety of others, any animal showing signs of illness may be refused. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
The photographer may gently guide or reposition pets only with the owner’s permission. By participating in the session, you consent to the use of your pet’s images for artistic, promotional, or portfolio purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
