About this Event

Join us for an engaging session where we'll dive into collective resistance to wellness and the amazing power of meaningful connections! Everyone has a role to play in supporting their communities, and together, we can enhance our overall health and quality of life. In this session, we’ll explore the different dimensions of wellness and see how taking care of one area can positively impact others. We’ll have candid conversations about social and systemic inequalities and how they can affect the well-being of our communities.

Together, we will explore the future of healing and how we can better understand and embrace the process of healing from trauma. We want to examine how collective action, advocacy, and community organizing can make a real difference and promote well-being. Plus, we’ll discuss the importance of building strong social networks and creating genuine connections. We can’t wait to see you there and share ideas on uplifting one another!
