This is the first of many sessions I will hold. The first session is more of an introduction - we will get to know each other and most of all our fitness abilities. Expect a good bodyweight circuit - no equipment needed. We will do a full body workout hitting all major muscle groups from head to toe! Beginner friendly.
This workout can be done anywhere - a bedroom, outdoors, living room, etc.
