Join us for a Planning Meeting to Develop a Strategic Framework & Action Plan on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

We’ll use this meeting to work together to review the components of a Framework and Action Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness in Summit County. We want your voices and input incorporated into the plan foundation to ensure it is designed to address the real-life circumstances of people who have experience of homelessness in Summit County.
