The College of Music's Persevering Legacy project celebrates women composers—including those from historically marginalized groups—at the intersection of music and social activism. CU Boulder students will perform solo and ensemble works including from the Helen Walker-Hill Collection, housed in our American Music Research Center. Additionally, alumnus Gregory Walker (DMA ’92, composition)—son of the late Helen Walker-Hill and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer George Walker—will lead a master class.Presented for free in-person and livestreamed by the CU Boulder College of Music!
