About the Perogy Making Workshop
🕑 When: Tuesday, Oct 8, 2–4:30 p.m.
📍 Where: University of Alberta, St. Joseph’s College, Newman Centre
đź’ł Price: $10 per person; all equipment for perogy making will be provided
The workshop is led by our beloved Joyce Sirski-Howell, who will teach several dough recipes and reveal all kinds of helpful details behind perogy making.
Whether you’re a long-time lover of Ukrainian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this workshop promises to be a memorable experience filled with deliciousness and great company. Join us and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of perogies, a “comfort-food” favourite!
