Peri-menopause and menopause are stages of life that impact every woman - yet they’re still surrounded by silence, stigma, and misinformation. Too often, women are left to navigate this transition alone, without clear guidance or support.

Join Lean In Edmonton on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, for The Power Pause: a candid and supportive conversation about peri-menopause and menopause. Together, we’ll explore how to educate yourself, what resources are available, what to be cautious of when choosing treatments, and how to step into the role of being your own best advocate.

This is more than just a health talk - it’s an evening of learning, empowerment, and connection with a community that understands.

The discussion will be moderated by Sandra Stabel, founder of Grey Cube Innovations, a boutique consultancy that helps health leaders and innovators turn good ideas into better care - especially for women and families. We are excited for Sandra to moderate an amazing panel of speakers:

Dr. Ruhee Sidhu, American Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist;
Ms. Carmen Wyton, Chair of Women's Health Coalition Canada; and
Ms. Cathy Gretzinger, an Executive Coach who will share the story of her personal navigation of the menopause journey.
