Friends and prospective members are very welcome, and attendees are encouraged to bring period products to donate! Check out the Dignity Matters Wish List for items to bring with you!
About Dignity Matters: Dignity Matters is the largest provider of free menstrual care in Massachusetts. Menstrual care is expensive and cannot be purchased with SNAP/Food Stamps or WIC, so 18,000 underserved women and girls count on Dignity Matters to manage their period with dignity every month. Dignity Matters supports over 170 Massachusetts-based nonprofits, including food pantries, schools, homeless shelters, domestic violence centers, and LGBTQ+ youth organizations. Since 2017, Dignity Matters have distributed more than 15 million items—including 3,946,783 items in 2025 alone—all donated by the community or purchased with your support.
This event was a huge success last year, with more than 5,000 period products packed by JL Boston members and friends in one morning. Come be a part of this impactful event and help make a difference in the lives of women and girls in the Greater Boston community!
