Curious about what is ahead on the Menopause Journey? Starting to experience symptoms you can't explain? Don't know where to turn for reliable, research-backed information? Wondering what you can do to have as smooth of a ride as possible through this natural transition? Join Menopause Coaching Specialist Susan Running for an educational, empowering, and fun discussion about what is happening physically, mentally, and emotionally during the menopause transition. Leave with a toolkit for how to support your journey! (Information will be specifically targeted to women in the Perimenopause Transition; however, all are welcome to attend!)
Susan is a local wellness professional, serving the Columbus and Madison areas as a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, yoga instructor, and Reiki Master.
To make the information accessible to the largest number of patrons, Susan will present a morning workshop on Wednesday, Dec. 10 @ 10:00am at the Library Annex, and Thursday, Dec. 11 @ 6:00pm in the library lower level meeting room that will cover the same material, so you only need to sign up for one.
Please register online or at the library so we have some idea of how many to expect at each session. If you have any questions, please contact Columbus Public Library Adult Programs at [email protected].
