About this Event
Join the next event in this growing grassroots initiative to promote women’s health and empowerment in our community!
Last year's inaugural Menopause Therapies Unlocked brought together over 140 women from Lexington and nearby towns to learn evidence-based approaches to menopause care.
This year, we’re expanding the focus - covering the years leading up to menopause and the early postmenopause period, along with what’s new in menopause care since last year. We’re demystifying this entire midlife hormone transition so you can feel informed, empowered, and supported at every stage.
(Peri)Menopause Therapies Unlocked will explore what’s really happening in your body during this transition and highlight both conventional and integrative therapies that can make a meaningful difference.
Event Talks & Topics
Real talk, new science, and local experts bringing clarity to the perimenopause years.
Understanding the Perimenopause Window: Early Hormonal Shifts & Treatment Approach Gain clarity on the biological changes that begin up to a decade before menopause and can last into early postmenopause - and how early detection and treatment can change your long-term trajectory.
In Our Perimenopause Era: Opting Out of Suffering — HT Options and What’s Changing
Explore how hormone therapy has evolved, who it’s for, and how to personalize treatment safely and effectively.
Metabolic Health & Lifestyle Strategies for the Perimenopause Body Understand how nutrition, movement, and sleep influence metabolism, inflammation, and energy and what daily habits make the biggest difference.
Calm Within the Chaos: How Your Nervous System Shapes the Perimenopause Experience Learn how chronic stress amplifies hormonal symptoms and discover tools to regulate your nervous system for emotional and physical balance.
Finally, answers for the hormonal changes you’ve been feeling but couldn’t quite name.
If you’ve ever wondered:
• Why your body feels different - despite no major lifestyle changes
• Whether your symptoms could be connected to your hormones (and what to do about it)
• What options exist beyond “just wait until postmenopause”
…then this event is for you.
Why Attend
If you’re in your late 30s - early postmenopause and feel like something is off, this event is your invitation to get curious, get educated, and take action.
You don’t have to wait until symptoms peak or become entrenched - or settle for being dismissed or underserved in the doctor’s office. In today’s healthcare landscape, we often have to be our own advocates. Taking action and investing in your health now can redefine your next chapter - one where you’re meant to step into your power and create space for the life you want.
