It is a curated, midlife-focused experience created to support individuals navigating the emotional, physical, cognitive, and relational shifts that often accompany hormonal transitions.
At LifeBalance, we specialize in holistic, trauma-informed mental health care for adults and adolescents, and we see firsthand how perimenopause and menopause impact mood, anxiety, sleep, identity, relationships, work performance, and overall quality of life. This fair is designed to normalize these experiences, reduce stigma, and connect our community with trusted, specialized local providers who truly understand this stage of life.
