Info: Designed for women of all levels and abilities (new to yoga as well), this yoga flow will help ground, nourish and relax your senses. You can expect gentle poses that are intentionally sequenced for perimenopause and menopause.

Info: You will experience what it feels like to be held by community as we explore the topic of stress and how that affects your hormones and what strategies are helpful to transform stress. This will be facilitated by a functional medicine health coach (and warm human who is also going through perimenopause!) who truly believes all the answers lie within you.
