About this Event
The SunPunchers have released two full-length albums and a four-song EP, all variations of expression in Americana/Desert Soul sounds that range from the dangers of intimacy to “ouija board swamp séances” - AZ Central. The Phoenix New Times declared the band “relentlessly soulful” and music blog YabYum wrote that “the sound The Sunpunchers have captured is mesmerizing”; they have shared the stage with Iron and Wine, Sturgill Simpson, The Delta Maes, and Courtney Marie Andrews to name a few, and have been featured in Phoenix Magazine’s Editor’s Pick-Best of The Valley – Local Band, 2023. This free event will be held in the museum’s Community Room.
