Join The Foot Collective and Animal Flow for a 2.5-hour workshop exploring how stronger feet improve the way your whole body moves.

We’ll begin with an introduction to foot education and function, covering foot strength, balance training, footwear, and why healthy feet matter for movements like squatting, lunging, hinging, and walking. Expect interactive drills, games, and simple tools to better understand and train your feet.

Then we’ll bring those foundations into motion through Animal Flow, exploring movements such as Ape Reach (Open), Beast Side Kick Thru, and Crab Scorpion Reach. Using a test → learn → retest approach, you’ll feel the immediate impact of improved foot function on balance, coordination, and movement quality.
