About this Event
A-Level Exam Performance Under Pressure
A practical workshop for high-performing students who want to show what they’re capable of in exams
Many A-Level students know more than they show in exams.
Pressure, time constraints, and overthinking can interfere with clear thinking — leading to blank mind, rushed answers, second-guessing, and avoidable mistakes.
This focused workshop teaches students how to stay calm, think clearly, and perform at their best in high-stakes exam conditions.
Students will learn the RESET method — a practical framework designed to help them regulate pressure, structure thinking, and translate knowledge into marks.
Students will learn how to:
• Stay calm when pressure increases
• Avoid blank mind during exams
• Stop rushing and losing marks
• Think more clearly under timed conditions
• Structure answers more effectively
• Make better decisions during exams
• Perform at the level they are capable of
This is a practical, interactive session focused on strategies students can apply immediately in their upcoming A-Level exams.
Suitable for capable students across subjects who want to improve performance, confidence, and clarity under pressure.
